Henny on the Couch by Rebecca Land Soodak

Kara is a wonderful, believable, intelligent, witty character. She is so busy being a “good” mother, wife and friend that she forgets her “self”. This is a story about how she redefines her life. What I most liked about the book is that Soodak explores the conflicting emotions we feel as we struggle to give meaning to our lives without demolishing the people we love.
